Business Litigation/Financial Services/General Liability Attorney - San Diego - Remote -

We're seeking a dedicated attorney with at least one year of experience in business litigation, general litigation (GL), and/or financial services to join a highly respected legal team based in San Diego. This opportunity offers the chance to handle a variety of matters throughout California, expanding your skills and exposure.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about advocacy and driven to provide creative legal solutions for clients. The ideal candidate is someone ready to take on responsibility, independently manage cases, and dive deep into complex legal issues through research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently handle cases, from discovery through trial preparation
Develop and implement discovery plans
Take and defend depositions
Manage document-intensive cases
Draft dispositive motions
Collaborate on trial preparation
Prior experience with financial industry clients is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law in California with 1+ years of experience
Strong academic credentials and a drive for excellence
Experience in business, general liability, or financial services litigation is preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
A solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy
Team player with a collaborative mindset
