Warehouse Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Our Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily warehouse operations while performing hands-on warehouse tasks. This role ensures efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining accurate records and assisting with workflow coordination.Job Responsibilities:
● Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists● Label, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
● Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
● Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and delivery personnel
● Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software
● Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
● Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies or shortages
● Assist with scheduling shipments and prioritizing order fulfillment
● Communicate with internal teams such as purchasing, logistics, and customer service
● Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
● Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and barcode scanners (if certified)
● Help improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Experience with ERP or WMS systems
● Strong communication and coordination abilities
● Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures
● Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
● Ability to lift/push/pull materials (often up to 50 lbs)
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Work Experience:
● 1-3 years of related job experience.Education:
● High School Diploma/GEDWarehouse
