Shift: 3rd Shift | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Duration: 1-Year Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic III to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong industrial maintenance background, works independently with minimal supervision, and is committed to maximizing equipment uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective components.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Dismantle, repair, adjust, and reassemble machinery as needed.
• Complete maintenance projects according to established timelines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining and repairing production or manufacturing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working a 3rd shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with extrusion equipment.
• Experience with E-beam equipment.
• Injection molding equipment experience.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Welding or fabrication experience.
• Military mechanical maintenance experience is highly encouraged.
