Weekly Responsibilities

• Initiate check runs
• Breakdown shared invoices per branch into pivot tables. Request approvals from branch managers.
• Code and enter appraisal & inspection invoices into accounting software
• Code and enter other A/P invoices (utilities received from branches, mail, branch(s) rent)
• Match checks to invoices & mail out checks
• File A/P invoices with check stubs
• Enter borrower loan payments into loan origination system
• Track borrower first payments received
• Enter Purchase Advices (i.e., loan sale confirmation) into loan origination system
• Export Good-bye Letter data from loan origination system and mail letters to borrowers
• Run credit card chargeback appraisals (as requested)
• Record and save daily warehouse line of credit reports to the network
• Process FHA/VA wire fees in accounting software

Month-end Responsibilities

• Chargeback excel (Report of charged back appraisals)
• Monthly organization chart
• Summarize application capture report
• Summarize closing capture report
• Send P&L reports to branch managers
• Enter Principal, Interest, & Impounds on loan-level accruing invoice excel – MID MONTH
• Mail out loan payment invoices to borrowers (monthly loan payments due to Shea) – MID MONTH

Administrative Responsibilities

• Order office and kitchen supplies (as needed)
• Answer main phone line
• Check mail
• Send out employee quarterly awards
• Send out employee birthday and/or anniversary cards (monthly)
