About the Role

Adecco is hiring an Experienced Press Print Production Assistant in El Dorado Hills, CA for a rapidly growing manufacturing facility, supporting daily operations and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist press operators with gathering, inspecting, and staging all necessary components, including mounting plates, tooling, inks, and materials.

• Verify that all required materials are available and properly documented for each job.

• Support routine maintenance, organize tooling, and help with minor repairs to keep production on schedule.

• Stage and scan materials for tracking and inventory purposes.

• Inspect incoming materials and finished products for quality assurance.

• Read and interpret work instructions, safety protocols, and production documentation.

• Operate pre-staging equipment like cranes, mounting stations, and plate cutters safely.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, participating in cleanup and maintenance activities.

• Perform additional tasks as needed to support efficiency and safety.

Shifts & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on shift.

• Schedules:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Overtime may be required depending on production needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in print production or manufacturing preferred.

• At least 1 year of related experience is ideal.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs with assistance.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, production systems like Radius) are a plus.

• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
