Robert Half is seeking an experienced DocuSign Consultant to support our client's Enterprise Applications team. This DocuSign Consultant will partner directly with the IT departments—to modernize and automate business processes using the DocuSign platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for a DocuSign Consultant who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing workflow solutions, and delivering end-to-end DocuSign implementations. The ideal DocuSign Consultant is both technically proficient and customer-focused, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects from discovery through production deployment. The DocuSign Consultant role is a Part Time role - about 20 hours a week and is an onsite role out of Martiniez.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements from requirements gathering through solution delivery.
- Analyze and document current-state business processes and recommend workflow improvements.
- Design, configure, and implement DocuSign eSignature workflows, templates, routing, and automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Develop business requirements, process flows, technical documentation, and end-user training materials.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and production deployments.
- Migrate DocuSign solutions from sandbox to production environments.
- Assist with DocuSign integrations with enterprise applications using APIs and other integration technologies.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong communication with business partners.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist with user adoption.
ASP.NET, Azure API Management, MS Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, Power BI, PowerShell, PowerShell Scripting, Windows Intune, MS Office 365Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience implementing or administering DocuSign solutions.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical workflow solutions.
- Strong business analysis, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Experience configuring DocuSign templates, workflows, approval routing, and electronic signature processes.
- Experience managing projects independently from discovery through implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and non-technical business users.
Preferred Qualifications
- DocuSign eSignature Administration experience.
- DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) experience.
- Experience integrating DocuSign with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or other business systems.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, or workflow automation platforms.
- Experience migrating solutions between Sandbox and Production environments.
- Experience supporting healthcare, government, or other highly regulated organizations.
- DocuSign certifications are highly preferred.
