Business Analyst
Business Analyst – Custom Applications, Salesforce & AI Enablement
Location: Hybrid onsite 1–2 days/week in Westwood, CA
Start Date: ASAP | Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $110–130K
We're looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to help roll out a brand-new AI program . This role focuses on custom-built AI solutions with Salesforce as the backend , turning ideas into practical workflows that teams actually use.
This is an individual contributor role with growth potential — future opportunities could include leading custom development programs or new AI initiatives. Perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, creative environments , enjoys ambiguity, and loves exploring how AI can solve real problems.
What You'll Do

Gather and translate business needs into build-ready specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria

Support Salesforce configuration and enhancements (objects, flows, validation rules)

Partner with engineering teams to deliver practical, adoptable AI-enabled solutions

Participate in backlog refinement, testing, UAT, and rollout support

Collaborate with business and technology teams to clarify priorities, scope, and dependencies

Help define success metrics and ensure AI solutions are embedded into everyday workflows
What We're Looking For

4–10 years as a Business Analyst, Salesforce Analyst, or similar role

2 years Salesforce configuration experience (objects, flows, validation rules)

Strong analyst skills and technical curiosity ; interest or experience in AI initiatives a plus

Experience in media, sports, entertainment, or agency environments

Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving projects

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice-to-Have

Experience with enterprise platforms, workflow tools, or global teams

Experience supporting AI pilots or adoption programs

Interest in future growth into custom development or program leadership
