Deputy Regional Program Director - Remote
Foster a Positive Environment: Demonstrate a caring and helpful attitude when interacting with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
Oversee Personnel: Track the progress of assigned personnel, ensuring proper vetting and orientation.
Manage Staffing: Oversee the scheduling process to maintain adequate staffing coverage and manage day-to-day operations within medical units.
Manage Logistics: Develop and implement the logistics/procurement strategy for assigned medical units.
Ensure Quality: Maintain the risk management program, medical event reporting, quality assurance/performance improvement, and medical surveillance plans.
Drive Improvement: Conduct analyses to ensure continuous performance improvement and develop best practices.
Meet Reporting Requirements: Ensure all reporting requirements and timelines are met.
Participate in Hiring: Participate in the recruitment and selection process for contract employees.
Coordinate Training: Coordinate medical in-service training for physicians and clinical staff.
Maintain Confidentiality: Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, including HIPAA compliance.
Stay Informed: Maintain awareness of relevant policies, procedures, directives, and operational memoranda.
What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
Two years of management-level experience in providing healthcare services.
Demonstrated ability to analyze information, prepare summaries, and identify trends.
Experience in collaborative planning and relationship building.
Success in developing and managing logistical plans and providing operational support.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing large and diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, preferably in operational settings.
Effective leadership and communication skills (both oral and written).
Relevant management or Human Resources certifications (e.g., PMP, CPC, CSP) are preferred.
Familiarity with electronic medical documentation.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (current clearance preferred).
Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including walking, standing, lifting, and carrying.
What We Offer: Competitive Pay: The typical base pay range for this role is $75,000 - $150,000. Final salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and market data.
