Job Information –
Anything that you would like Supplier Partners to know Routine Activities
- Conduct new Hire Training
- Conduct EHS Training, Audits / Assessments for JSA, LOTO, PPE and other safety requirements
- Safety Committees – Organize and run the committee meetings
- Support in the approval of work permits to employees and contractors
- Manage the maintenance to emergency and fire protection equipment (hoses, fire extinguishers, spill kit, etc.)
- Help Exceed site goal, near misses/hazard reports by administering the program.
- Assist with 5S documentation and audits
- Conduct Emergency Drills
- Update Site communication boards daily / Weekly / monthly
- Manage chemical inventory system.
- Support PSSRs and MOCs
- Incident reporting – Enter data into database, liaise with corporate EHS, lead investigations and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum education High School Graduate
- Operations experience/ EHS experience preferred.
