The role: Senior Product Manager, Fan Engagement, Video Highlights
As a Product Manager, Fan Engagement, reporting directly to the VP of Fan Engagement, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and optimize our fan engagement offerings. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing and maintaining an auto-clipping highlights tool that leverages real-time sports data and next-generation video & advertising capabilities to drive repeat fan engagement.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Fan Engagement: Develop and optimize compelling highlights content for social media and microsites, ensuring they leverage real-time sports data and insights to captivate fans and encourage ongoing interaction.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with architects, developers, marketers, and testers to ensure that our fan engagement products are built to the highest standards and meet the needs of our users.
- Innovate and Evolve: Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and introduce new features that increase fan interaction and satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and user feedback to inform product decisions, prioritize initiatives, and refine the product roadmap.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, and industry advancements to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant to fans.
- User Experience: Focus on creating intuitive, seamless, and personalized user experiences across our highlight's product
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on customer or fan engagement across digital platforms such as mobile, web, or OTT.
- Proven track record in managing B2C or B2B2C product roadmaps, including defining, executing, and communicating strategies that drive engagement and retention.
- Track record of internal and customer-facing product roadmaps including definition, execution, and communication/socialization as well as experience developing other key product management artifacts (product briefs, epics, user stories, wireframes, etc.)
- Experience optimizing and evolving current products while envisioning, planning, launching and growing new products into the market
- Previous experience in video products as relates to auto-clipping, highlight generation, and social media api publication is highly desired.
- A proven ability to apply data-driven insights from market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to make informed product decisions about product priorities, strategy, and direction
- A combination of critical thinking and pragmatic decision making to yield the best short-term as well as long-term product results
- A sense of urgency and ability to act quickly and decisively possessing self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position or making a recommendation
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated success working in a matrixed environment at scale partnering across all functions, business groups, and geographies
- Demonstrated success in driving positive cultural change and fostering and environment where employees and customers feel connected and motivated to collaborate on the future of fan engagement

The salary for this role is based on an annualized range of $125,000 - $200,000 USD. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
