We Are Looking For

The Sr. BI Analyst leads the scaling of reporting and analytics capabilities - in both volume and complexity - to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic business decision-making. This role combines deep technical expertise in data querying, visualization, and modeling with strong business acumen to transform complex datasets into high-impact dashboards, forecasts, and performance analyses. This role partners closely with business leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize data processes, ensure scalability, and support organizational growth through reliable, timely, and sophisticated analytics solutions.

What You’ll Do

As Sr. BI Analyst, you will:

  • Design, develop, and scale enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions to handle increasing data volumes, diverse sources, and growing business complexity
  • Build and maintain advanced dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and self-service reporting tools using leading BI platforms to enable real-time and predictive decision-making
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets from multiple sources (data warehouses, ERP systems, cloud platforms)
  • Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs into scalable analytics frameworks, including defining metrics, data governance standards, and visualization strategies
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through advanced data analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic planning, operational efficiency, and revenue growth
  • Optimize existing reports and analytics processes for performance, automation, and scalability, reducing manual effort and enhancing data accuracy and accessibility
  • Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to improve data pipelines, quality, and integration for reliable BI outputs
  • Present insights, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders through clear storytelling, executive-level visualizations, and actionable narratives
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team best practices in BI development, data visualization standards, and analytical methodologies
  • Monitor business performance metrics, proactively identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance decision-making across the organization

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline. Master’s degree or relevant certifications a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles, with demonstrated success scaling BI solutions in a growing or complex environment.
  • Proven experience with BI tools and strong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, optimization, and performance tuning)
  • Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes; familiarity with cloud platforms is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially advanced Excel) and collaboration tools
  • Strong business acumen - connecting analytics initiatives to measurable impacts on revenue, efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic outcomes
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences and influence decision-making
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions under tight deadlines
  • Excellent troubleshooting and optimization skills for data, reporting, and performance issues
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automate workflows, and foster self-service analytics adoption

Special Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
  • ITAR Requirement
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR.
