Eminent Domain Litigation Associate
Impact Bridge is partnering with an established law firm to identify an Eminent Domain Litigation Associate supporting a trial-focused property litigation practice. Role Overview
This role is well-suited for an associate attorney with several years of litigation experience and a demonstrated background in eminent domainârelated matters. The associate will work closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated cases, gaining meaningful responsibility across all stages of litigation.
The firm provides a collaborative environment where associates are encouraged to take ownership of their work, develop trial-ready skills, and contribute to case strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support trial counsel through all phases of litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive filings
- Conduct legal research and factual analysis
- Assist with discovery strategy, evidence development, and trial preparation
- Participate in witness preparation and deposition work
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and litigation support teams to meet deadlines
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3â7 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Experience in eminent domain, land acquisition, or property-related litigation
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- High level of initiative and professional judgment
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
Litigation Experience Should Include
- Law and motion practice, including dispositive motions
- Case development and trial preparation
- Discovery and evidence organization
- Witness interviews and depositions
