Position Description:

Prepares, stores, and issues sterile and non-sterile supplies and equipment to hospital divisions and assists in maintaining an effective level of level infection control. Also cleans and prepares all OR instrumentation for sterilization.

Job Duties/Responsibilities Requirements:

• Previous experience and/or training in Central Supply/Operating Room preferred but will train.
• General education level.
• Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills.
• Basic organizational and computer skills.
• CSSM preferred. If not currently certified, must start taking classes within 45 days of hire toward certification. BLS certification.
• CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
