No prior experience is necessary—just a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Do: Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service Schedule service appointments and accurately document vehicle concerns Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and repair recommendations Educate customers about maintenance needs and service options Create repair estimates and obtain approval before work begins Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and customer expectations are met What We’re Looking For:   High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer-first attitude and eagerness to learn Basic knowledge of automotive systems (a plus, not required) Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Proficient typing skills (35+ WPM preferred) and comfort using computers  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record  Bilingual (English/Spanish).   What We Offer: Paid training and ongoing mentorship Growth opportunities within the company Paid holidays  Employee discounts on parts and services Friendly and supportive team environment Ready to start your career in the automotive industry?
