Bilingual Licensed Insurance Customer Service - Chinese/Mandarin

Position Overview

Vicky Chen - State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.

This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:

1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.

2. Must be able to work Monday through Thursday onsite at our agency location in Chino Hills, CA and work remotely from home on Friday.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
• Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life and Health license (required)
• Must live within a 15-mile radius of our office location at 2140 Grand Ave Ste 250, Chino Hills, CA 91709
