🚀 What You’ll Do

• Receive hands-on training across marketing, fundraising, promotions, event management, and customer engagement

• Assist with event coordination, team supervision , and maintaining nonprofit partner relationships

• Lead small outreach teams and manage multiple events within your first 3 months

• Build leadership skills and work toward a full management role within 6–12 months

• Play a key role in helping us expand into new West Coast markets as our organization grows
