Sales Planning Analyst

• Analyze sales data, set and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) targets by product categories and channels.
• Manage daily sales update from internal sales team, chains/stores, and manage monthly ending sales forecast.
• Update weekly sales latest forecast and analyze Yearly (YTD) sales trend
• Create new product sales report.
• Review monthly sales per sales channel & product categories.
• Forecast yearly demand and develop inventory operation plan for import products.
• Support SCM with ingredients/raw materials order processing for local production.
• Support SCM division with initial order quantity, reorder point for import SKUs based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Develop and maintain capitalized channel strategies and product category to support growth and maximize profitability.
• Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and competitor activity.
• Create monthly review of key account performance and activities.
• Assist with ad hoc reports or other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3~5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual skills in Korean.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
