ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, BRANDS - Remote
Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies in partnership with strategy leads, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
Creative Leadership: Work closely with creative teams to inspire innovative ideas and ensure campaigns are both strategically sound and creatively compelling.
Social Media Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Provide strategic insights for content, paid advertising, and community management in collaboration with the Social Media team.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on trends in the tech and automotive industries to offer clients valuable insights and competitive advantages.
Project Management: Oversee campaign execution in collaboration with project managers and account supervisors, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and quality control.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, working with social media leads to provide clients with data-driven reports and optimization recommendations.
Team Collaboration: Lead account management efforts, working closely with creative, strategy, and social media teams to ensure seamless execution and efficiency. What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in account management or a related role within an advertising agency.
Proven track record of managing high-profile, social and/or integrated client accounts and delivering successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of advertising principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, and production.
Knowledge and interest in the tech and automotive industries (preferred but not required).
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Basecamp) and industry-standard software (Office 365, Google Suite).
Must reside in the Pacific time zone and be able to work from the office 2-3 times per month. Bonus Points For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the tech, automotive, or hospitality industries. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (final salary depends on experience, location, and budget considerations).
