Schedule & Pay
MondayâFriday, 8:00 AMâ5:00 PM (flex start as needed)
Occasional weekend work available (not required)
Contract-to-hire
Target full-time pay: ~(based on experience)
Role Overview
As a Mobile Building Maintenance Technician , youâll maintain and repair building systems across multiple commercial properties. This is a hands-on, mobile role with autonomy, variety, and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Complete general building maintenance (lighting, minor plumbing/electrical, furniture repairs)
Support tenant service requests and special projects
Use a CMMS to track work orders (Corrigo preferred)
Respond to after-hours emergencies on an on-call basis
Ensure safety, compliance, and clean work environments
Qualifications
2â4 years commercial building maintenance experience
CMMS experience preferred
Valid driverâs license
Ability to lift 80 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical job duties
