After School Teacher

Position Title: After-School Program Leader

Reports To: Principal/Assistant Principal

Summary: ABC School seeks a motivated and experienced After-School Program Leader to manage all aspects of our after-school care and enrichment program for [Specify Age Group/Grade Levels, e.g., Grades K-5]. Key Responsibilities:

• Core Focus Provide strong leadership ensure staff compliance manage budgets and oversee a high-quality safe and engaging enrichment environment

• Staff Management Recruit train schedule and directly supervise the after-school team conduct performance evaluations and foster team cohesion

• Program Design Develop implement and evaluate a curriculum of enrichment activities like arts STEM homework support aligned with the school’s mission

• Operations and Administration Manage program budget inventory enrollment records attendance tracking and ensure facility safety

• Communication Act as the primary point of contact for parents addressing program inquiries and communicating policies

• Compliance Ensure strict adherence to student-to-staff ratios safety procedures and all school or licensing requirements

• Required Education Bachelor's degree in Education Child Development or a related field
