Paralegal

Qualifications
3+ years of consecutive experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role
Experience with commercial law, business transactions, or corporate legal work preferred
California Paralegal Certificate or Paralegal Certification (required)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Strong drafting, editing, and proofreading skills for legal documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with legal software and document management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently
