As an Operations Service Manager, you’ll lead our repair, refurbishment, and fulfillment operations, working with a collaborative team to make a real impact on the quality and efficiency of our hardware support. What you'll get to do...

• Oversee global fulfillment and repair/refurbishment centers, ensuring efficient receiving, production, warranty validation, parts management, recovery rates, turnaround time, and compliance with SLAs and quality standards.


• Manage repair service purchase orders (POs), invoices, and partner/service center relationships, including negotiating service terms and pricing agreements.


• Provide technical support and training to fulfillment and repair centers, including process setup, test procedures, implementation of engineering change orders (ECOs), and validation.


• Drive continuous improvement by defining and optimizing global RMA and repair processes, launching new repair/refurbishment centers, and participating in the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of new partners.


• Conduct hardware testing on field-returned devices, analyze return data for quality and operational performance reporting, and collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to enhance product quality and recovery rates.


• Oversee device deactivation (including remote user data wipe and system resets), and lead the disposition of non-repairable units according to PCI standards with detailed cost tracking and reporting.

Your experience should include...

• 2+ years in repair service operations with a deep understanding of RMA and repair workflows in volume manufacturing.


• 10+ years in consumer electronics manufacturing, with strong experience as a manufacturing and test engineer.


• Expertise in process development, testing, troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with consumer products.


• Strong problem-solving skills; self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team contributor.


• Ability to travel internationally and within the USA to support repair operations.


• Preferred: Experience with Android software, hardware testing, and smart POS terminals.
