About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Tracy, California, 95304!

Shift

• Night Shift – 3×12 hours
  19:00–07:00
• Start Date:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide labor, delivery, and postpartum care to mothers and newborns
• Perform EFM fetal monitoring , triage obstetric patients, and assist with deliveries
• Circulate and recover C‑section patients
• Administer meds including Pitocin, MgSO₄, antihypertensives , etc.
• Start/maintain IVs , manage drips, and administer blood products
• Perform newborn assessments , APGAR scoring, and initial stabilization
• Monitor maternal conditions: fundus, lochia, pain, vitals, PIH
• Ensure safety protocols, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• 2 years Labor & Delivery RN experience (required)
• Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
• Travel Experience: Not required
• Epic Charting: Preferred
• Must be comfortable caring for baby and delivered mother

Licenses & Certifications

All must be AHA or American Red Cross and in hand at submission :

• CA RN License (required)
• BLS (required)
• ACLS (required)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – provider (required)
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (required)
