Part Time Compliance Administrative Assistant
- Perform compliance related administrative tasks such as performing data entry, filing compliance paperwork, preparing audit reports, and handling phone and email correspondence.
- Assist Administrators with various admin projects as assigned.
- Answer incoming calls on the main reception phone line, take and process customer orders, direct calls and messages to the appropriate internal contacts or departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
One to three years of increasingly responsible experience in administrative roles that include customer service and reception duties. EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent. REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Interpersonal skills using tact, diplomacy, patience, and courtesy.
2. Verbal and written communication skills.
4. A customer centric attitude and excellent customer service skills.
5. Ability to follow instructions and complete work accurately.
6. Proficient in MS Office (word, excel and outlook)
7. Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with co-workers, supervisors, customers, and the public.
8. Handle multiple tasks and priorities with interruptions.
9. Effectively plan and organize workload.
