We're looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid position based out of our Santa Clarita, CA office.In this role you'll be responsible for auditing and processing freight invoices by ensuring correct billing documentation is received. You'll communicate with internal/external customers/vendors in order to facilitate timely processing of all freight transactions and be responsible for verifying and investigating discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.

Responsibilities

• Audits and processes daily freight transactions of non-PO and FPO (Freight purchase order) invoices per contracted rates and approvals in a timely, thorough and accurate way.
• Collaborates with internal and external parties to address and resolve payment and billing issues.
• Processes, researches and reconciles Supply Chain Vendor statements and Claims.
• Establishes, organizes and maintains department folders and group email inboxes.
• Compiles proper receiving documentation, determines and executes receipts in approved systems.
• Coordinates with transportation team and carriers to accurately accrue pending freight charges.

This is a hybrid position based in our Santa Clarita, CA office.

Requirements

• 2 years experience in Accounting
• 3 years working in an office setting
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Computer literacy, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to evaluate financial processes
• Analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills
• English reading and writing proficiency
• Knowledge of financial/accounting systems (Oracle)
• Ability to prioritize and work in fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines

• Base Hourly Range: $14.47 to $19.52. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
