Marketing and Business Development Director

Duties

• Plan develop, and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and new revenue sources for the company.
• Collaborate with the staff in Orange County and the Arizona office and assist in the marketing and business development leads.
• Develop an overall company marketing plan with the President and establish objectives to meet or exceed the revenue goals each year. Develop a marketing plan to be reviewed each moth to determine if the goals are being met.
• Evaluate the current market conditions and develop a marketing strategy to position the company in the right marketplace with the maximum exposure and profit opportunities.
• Develop marketing objectives including increasing the client base, exploring new marketplaces and help establish strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Manage the entire proposal development process and help in the estimating process including working closely with the estimator in the development of the proposal..
• Develop new marketing materials and update the current website as necessary with new project announcements..
• Develop new project announcements and post the announcement on LinkedIn and other websites that will allow additional company exposure to the marketplace.
• Each day develop a target list of prospective clients and consultants to meet with and develop a tracking log that contain meeting time, conversations and follow-up date and times regarding prospective projects. Use Hubspot to install all the contacts and distribute marketing materials to all the clients.
• Make calls each day to prospective clients, set up onsite meetings .
• Set up meet and greets with Architects and Clients do discuss and review the services that Indecon provides to our clients.
• Prequalify all clients and review all bid documents to ensure that the bid set of drawing is complete before the project goes to estimating. This includes reviewing the Go/No-go form to endure the project is viable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
• Must have experience in Commercial Construction marketing.
• Has the ability manage multiple leads has has great follow through with the leads. .
• Strategic planning expertise with the capability to analyze market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
