Radiology Technologist Job Details

• Job Title: Radiology Technologist – Travel Night Shift
• Location: Winchester, MA 01890 (Greater Boston area)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (Allied Health)
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital – Allied Health Unit
• Start Date: September 29, 2025
• End Date: December 27, 2025
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shifts (8 hours), 11:00 PM start, 5 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Rotating Weekends: Yes
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2500 - $2560

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration
• Valid Massachusetts State License in Radiology
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Experience with EPIC and PACS systems
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience as a Radiology Technologist
• 2025-2026 flu vaccine required at time of submission (attestation accepted if not current)
• Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months
• Facility is not accepting local candidates

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic radiology procedures including CT, MRI, Dexa, Vascular, and general diagnostic imaging
• Operate advanced imaging equipment and ensure production of high-quality diagnostic images for physician review
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EPIC and PACS healthcare systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to provide exceptional clinical support and patient care
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control standards
• Deliver compassionate support and clear communication to patients throughout their imaging experience
