The organization is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a fast-paced development team. In this role, you will help design, develop, configure, test, implement, and support Salesforce solutions, integrations, and applications. This position will serve as a key technical contributor and will work closely with developers, business leaders, product owners, and end users. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to help build Salesforce capabilities from the ground up, establish best practices, and contribute to the long-term technical strategy of the platform.Responsibilities:
- Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, and development activities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external applications using APIs and established integration patterns.
- Support platform stability, enhancements, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Assist with application planning, deployments, upgrades, and new Salesforce releases.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and translate business needs into scalable technical implementations.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to Salesforce architecture decisions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, testing processes, and deployment procedures.
- Support ongoing improvements to Salesforce functionality, user experience, and system performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience including:
- Apex development and triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flows and automation
- Visualforce
- Lightning Component Framework
- Reports and dashboards
- Workflow rules and approval processes
- Salesforce Developer certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs and integration patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA two days per week.
- Experience with Git version control and Salesforce CLI preferred.
- Experience with JavaScript and Jest testing for LWC development preferred.
- Experience building AI-powered or conversational solutions using LLM technologies, including prompt design and tool/function calling.
- Broad software engineering experience with the ability to design scalable solutions.
