Executive Administrative Assistant
Administrative / Personal Assistant to Executive Chef Oscar Torres
We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and service-driven Administrative / Personal Assistant to support Executive Chef Oscar Torres. This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced restaurant environment, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being an integral part of both front-of-house coordination and back-of-house operations.
This position focuses on administrative and operational support and does not involve cooking .
Requirements
- Reliable transportation required (valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; mileage reimbursed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, or administrative experience preferred
- Being Bi-Lingual is a plus for this role
Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, guest communications, and special requests
- Provide direct administrative support to the Head Chef (scheduling, correspondence, project coordination)
- Assist with payroll processing and administrative tracking
- Maintain and update spreadsheets (inventory, costs, payroll, and operations)
- Coordinate vendor communication and assist with inventory management
- Run errands and handle off-site pickups (ingredients, supplies, etc.)
- Support non-cooking kitchen operations as needed
- Facilitate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant setting
- Day-to-day responsibilities are constantly evolving
- Requires flexibility and the ability to handle time-sensitive, “in-the-moment” tasks
- High level of organization and adaptability is essential

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Chef Oscar Torres and gain hands-on exposure to the operational side of a high-level culinary environment. You will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting both administrative and service functions.
