Training Coordinator POST NUMBER: 477352
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support employee training and development initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating training schedules, managing administrative logistics, maintaining training records, and ensuring a smooth experience for both employees and facilitators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and meetings
- Manage training calendars, invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications
- Prepare training materials, presentations, reports, and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate training records, databases, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, trainers, and managers regarding training schedules and logistics
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires including orientation scheduling and materials preparation
- Assist with tracking training completion, certifications, and employee participation
- Coordinate travel arrangements, room bookings, catering, and virtual meeting logistics when needed
- Support ongoing process improvements and administrative projects related to learning and development initiatives
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, and internal systems to manage reporting and day-to-day coordination
Qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative, training coordination, HR support, or corporate support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Experience supporting onboarding, training programs, or employee development initiatives is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
