About the Role

We’re seeking a full-stack engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-based products from scratch. You should take pride in your work and write high-quality, scalable code. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Build Product: Rapidly contribute to our Chat and Voice AI products, eventually owning your own product or product lines.

• Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans.

• Ownership: Take full product ownership from ideation to launch, including integration into existing systems.

• Enterprise Customers: partner directly and launch AI products for some of the world’s most recognizable companies—reaching millions of users, possibly including you.
  

Who You Are / Must-Haves:

• Startup Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior experience at successful startups. Former founders are especially valued for their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Prior Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on engineering experience.

• Educational Background: Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 40 in the United States.

• Backend Skills: Strong background in Python (Django experience is a plus).

• Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Next.js, React, and ShadCN.

• Cloud Platforms: Proficient with AWS or Google Cloud.

• Scalability: Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is a big plus.

• AI Applications: Prior experience designing and building AI-powered apps is a strong plus.
