  • Manage all entry logistics including submission portals, screener uploads, episode selection, category placement, and required materials.

  • Ensure all submissions meet hard deadlines and comply with awards body regulations and eligibility requirements.

  • Track and maintain detailed records of all submissions, categories, and submission materials across all awards bodies.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive awards calendars tracking all major awards timelines, deadlines, voting periods, and ceremony dates.

  • Oversee creation and distribution of FYC materials including screeners, DVDs, digital uploads, and guild screening materials.

  • Manage guild screening materials and ensure compliance with all guild-specific requirements.

  • Manage ceremony logistics including nominee and executive attendance coordination, publicist credentials, tickets, and seating.

  • Coordinate ceremony assets, presenter opportunities, and clip requests.

  • Track awards budget expenditures including submission fees, consultant fees, screening costs, and FYC materials.

  • Maintain detailed awards tracking database including historical data, submissions, nominations, and wins.

  • Stay current on evolving awards regulations, rule changes, and eligibility requirements across all major awards bodies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field required.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in awards, publicity, or marketing in the television, streaming, or film entertainment industry.
