We're looking for an experienced design specialist like you who is ready to grow and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you'll advance your consulting skills to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports the Department of Defense and military clients.

As a member of our team, you'll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. You will support all aspects of design communication, including fact sheets, briefs, talking points, newsletters, pamphlets, and web site content. Your creative thinking and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to inform key audiences through powerful images that rally large communities around the mission.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, and Premiere
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to present a digital portfolio showcasing work samples
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in agency and commercial environments
• Experience collaborating with key stakeholders, including program and executive leadership, engineers, marketing peers, and external media partners
• Experience working in science or engineering environments
• Ability to converse with technical teams and obtain relevant information
• Ability to tell a great visual story
• Ability to work well in a dynamic fast-paced environment as part of an Agile team
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Possession of excellent illustration, digital effects, and photo editing skills
• Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
