Responsibilities
- Serve as a Registered Nurse with a clinical education focus, applying adult education principles to support staff and patient/family education.

- Model professional nursing practice and mentor other clinicians to maintain and improve clinical skills.
- Align practice with hospital policies, state regulatory requirements, and accrediting standards.
- Partner with the Manager/Director to promote ongoing professional development and service excellence.

Requirements
- Current California RN license
- Demonstrated experience or exposure in clinical education, staff development, or leadership roles
- Strong patient advocacy, teaching, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work in an inpatient clinical environment and manage responsibilities with professionalism
- Knowledge or experience applying adult education principles in a healthcare setting
