Forklift Driver
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Starting Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday- Thursday 6am-2:30pm

This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring efficient product movement, and supporting various operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload trailer trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for wine and non-wine products using RF Scan Devices.
- Oversee outgoing shipments and verify the accuracy of all outbound orders.
- Assist with general supply management, replenishment, and workflow optimization from receipt to storage.
- Support labeling, waxing, and foiling projects as needed.
- Pack and ship specialty orders with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restroom upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with all local, county, state, and federal regulations.
- Follow and enforce all company safety guidelines and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
