Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with rotating weekends (every third weekend)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions in alignment with department objectives
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient group care
• Deliver acute care physical therapy services within an inpatient setting
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately using Epic electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Acute care experience required
• Experience using Epic in acute care settings with Navigator

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary care team collaboration in an inpatient environment
