Due to our continued expansion and growth, we now have an opportunity for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to be responsible for performing accounts receivable duties to make sure payments are being processed in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Application of Customer Payments received via Lockbox, EFTs, credit cards and mail; distribution of Daily Cash Receipts to various offices
- Ability to process high volume Customer Payments
- Reconcile Daily Cash Receipts to Bank entries
- Research entries posted to Unapplied Cash
- Respond to Cash Receipt inquiries from our various offices. Strong communication skills essential
- Make sure all cash receipts are in balance with Bank Ledger entries at month-end

Work Schedule
- Shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
- Position requires you to be available to work in an office setting, this is not a remote opportunity
Requirements
- AA degree or Accounting experience required
- 3 to 4+ years of cash application experience required
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Work Skills
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics not required but helpful
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Time Management and Organizational Skills
Salary Description
$22.00 - $27.00
