Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 educational setting in Hayward, CA. This contract position runs through the entire school year and requires a dedicated professional to support student communication needs within a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language impairments.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state standards.
• Participate in meetings and intervention planning teams to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
