Columbia Healthcare is recruiting a General Dentist for a community-focused outpatient clinic near Redding, California. This full-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

An established, mission-driven community health organization located in Redding, CA is actively seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its outpatient clinic team. This organization is committed to delivering high-quality, accessible oral healthcare to underserved populations in Northern California.

Key Details:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Experience Required: Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a practicing dentist

• Visa Sponsorship: Not available for this position

Role Overview:
This position plays a vital role in improving the oral health and well-being of patients by:

• Alleviating dental pain and treating infections

• Providing comprehensive basic dental services in a collaborative setting

• Maintaining standards of care that meet or exceed those found in private practice

• Supporting and motivating clinical staff involved in dental care delivery

Scope of Services Provided Includes:

• Exams and diagnostic x-rays

• Prophylaxis, sealants, and fluoride treatments

• Scaling and root planing

• Extractions, minor oral surgery, and alveoloplasty

• Dentures, repairs, relines, and stayplates

• Composite and amalgam fillings

• Cast and stainless steel crowns

• Fixed bridges and partial dentures (as resources allow)

• Root canal therapy (as resources allow)

• Biopsies and other minor surgical procedures

Prior experience in a community dental clinic setting is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary Range: $190,000 $247,000, commensurate with experience
