As a Preschool Assistant Director at The Learning Experience, You Will: Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees. Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Apply Now If You: Have at least one year of center leadership/management experience as Assistant Director (required). Possess 15 units in Early Childhood Education, including Administration and Infant/Toddler. Hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
