Production Floor Supervisor

The Production Floor Supervisor (2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM) provides hands-on leadership and direction for daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals are achieved. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing production activities, coordinating staffing and scheduling, and driving operational excellence through Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

The supervisor leads and develops production associates, ensures compliance with quality standards and Assembly Services procedures, and supports problem-solving efforts to maintain efficient workflow and achieve key performance metrics, including a 99% First Pass Yield target. This position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while aligning departmental activities with the company’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Additional Skills

•1 year supervisory or leadership experience (2 years preferred)
•3 years hands-on experience in a mechanical or hose assembly position
•Intermediate computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office, utilizing MRP systems, data mining & report generation
