Minimum Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the State Bar of California
2–7 years of experience in employment law (litigation, counseling, or a mix of both) Desired Skills & Experience Experience representing employers in administrative proceedings, demand letters, discovery, depositions, and/or law & motion practice
Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance
Familiarity with California labor and employment regulations (e.g., wage & hour laws, FEHA compliance, leave laws)
Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and maintain a detail-oriented approach
Comfort engaging with clients directly, including delivering advice, trainings, and policy guidance
