The Role
- Lead and manage BOH operations during service alongside the Chef
- Train, mentor, and develop sous chefs and line cooks
- Ensure every dish meets recipe, seasoning, and plating standards
- Maintain prep systems, pars, and kitchen organization that support seamless service
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and food cost awareness
- Protect product integrity and minimize waste
- Maintain food safety and health department compliance
- Work closely with FOH leadership to ensure smooth, aligned service
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years professional kitchen experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role (Sous Chef or above)
- Experience in high-volume, detail-driven kitchens
- Strong organizational and operational awareness
- Calm, steady leadership during busy service
- A chef who holds standards while supporting the growth of the team
