Retail Associate / Cashier

We are a fast-paced, community-driven business built around hospitality, quality, and genuine human connection.

We are looking for a Front Counter Cashier & Guest Experience team member who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming first impression for every guest who walks through our doors.

• $18.04/hour + tips
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available

• Weekend availability is required
• Morning and daytime shifts only
• No evening availability required
• Additional weekday shifts available based on business needs

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional hospitality
• Take accurate food and beverage orders through our POS system
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, pastries, coffee, matcha, wine, ingredients, and allergens
• Communicate special requests and modifications accurately to the kitchen and bar teams
• Package and organize takeout orders with attention to detail
• Set up, stock, maintain, and break down the pastry display case
• Retrieve and warm pastries for guests and servers
• Restock paper goods, takeout supplies, disposable utensils, bags, and retail displays
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, pastry area, storage spaces, counters, and floors
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily side work
• Prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities at once

• Previous cashier, café, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Food Handler Card required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn and retain detailed knowledge of our food, beverage, pastry, and wine offerings
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Must meet all legal age requirements necessary to perform job duties
