Sr. Developer (Golang with Couchbase & Vue.JS)

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Vue.js, Go (Golang), and Couchbase. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Experience in Advanced LLM integrations, Kubernetes, and Microservices Architecture will be a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust full stack solutions using Vue.js, Go, and Couchbase.
• Architect, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications with a focus on maintainability and performance.
• Implement and optimize microservices architecture to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Integrate advanced language models (LLMs) into application workflows as required.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps engineers.
• Mentor junior engineers; conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
• Drive adoption of modern development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Manage application deployment and orchestration on Kubernetes clusters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with latest trends in full stack development and technology.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in building web applications as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js for front‑end development.
• Solid experience with Go (Golang) for back‑end/API development.
• Expertise in designing and managing Couchbase databases.
• Exposure to Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with LLM (Large Language Model) integrations is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills; experience leading teams and projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating and deploying advanced LLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Prior experience working in fast‑paced startups or enterprise environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
