Location: Santa Maria, CA
Starting Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Full Time
Are you looking to join a team that values your skills and offers a path to growing your career? Select Staffing is hiring an Inventory Specialist, this position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, within a fresh produce distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
·Maintain accurate inventory records and product traceability.
·Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and physical inventories.
·Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
·Track product movement from receiving through shipping.
·Verify receiving and shipping documentation.
·Generate inventory reports and process inventory adjustments.
·Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, quality assurance, warehouse, and sales teams.
·Utilize inventory management and WMS systems to report transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·Excellent attention to detail.
·Experience with inventory control, preferably in fresh produce or food distribution.
·Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
