What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll provide full-scope primary care in an outpatient setting, working alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes behavioral health, dental, and support staff.

Your schedule is structured in advance, patient flow is consistent, and expectations are clearly defined—so you can focus on practicing medicine, not managing chaos.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary in the $300K–$330K range, depending on experience
• Quarterly incentive program tied to clearly defined and achievable productivity expectations

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
• Completion of an accredited residency.
• Board certification or board eligible in specialty.
• Unrestricted license to practice within CA
