The Annuity Operations Associate supports our Financial Advisors, their assistants and internal business partners in the purchase of annuities via the Annuity Order Entry (AOE) platform. This individual is part of a specialized operations team supporting annuity processing volumes of approximately 1000 orders submitted daily.
Job Overview:
The Annuity Associate Service Representative supports our Financial Professionals, their assistants and internal business partners in the purchase of annuities via the Annuity Order Entry platform. This individual is part of a specialized service team supporting an aggregate daily call volume of 750-800 calls.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all functions of an Annuity Service Rep including providing exceptional customer service via incoming calls or responses to emails as it relates to Annuities.
Maintain detailed knowledge of LPL processes and system platform as they relate to Annuities.
Maintain detailed knowledge about Annuity Products supported by the Annuity Order Entry system and be able to explain the differences between the product features.
Collaborate with internal business partners to assist with resolving escalations, adapting to operational and compliance process changes.

Requirements:
1+ years of previous customer service experience
1+ years of financial services experience, investment services

Pay Range:
$21.33-$31.99/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
