About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and experienced Crypto Product Manager to join our product team. As the Product Manager on regulated market, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our crypto-related products and services focus on driving user growth for OKX onshore markets and help support users growing their crypto assets. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives focused on unlocking great user experiences based on data and insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the crypto landscape and the traditional financial world, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be passionate about driving innovation in the crypto industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

  Design and manage crypto asset earn products, including but not limited to staking, DeFi Earn & Loan product.



• 
  

  Drive the entire product development process from research and design to launch. Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, and engineers to develop detailed product specifications and oversee product launches.



• 
  

  Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and market research to identify client pain points and needs while staying informed of the overall market landscape.



• 
  

  Innovate products by defining and delivering the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies to empower the CeFi earn & loan business.



• 
  

  Define and analyze product performance metrics to guide product development.

What We Look For In You:

• 
  

  7 years or more of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry or crypto industry.



• 
  

  A solid understanding of crypto, including but not limited to DeFi and earn & stake products.



• 
  

  A strong knowledge of financial markets, including but not limited to high-frequency trading and arbitrage trading & risk management.



• 
  

  A data-driven and user-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.



• 
  

  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.



• 
  

  Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.



• 
  

  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $159,012.00 to $328,708.00 . The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
