Associate Account Manager
Position Summary
We’re excited to announce a new opportunity at Allied Landscape. This is a full-time opportunity within our Client
Services/Sales Department. The Associate Account Manager will be a key member of the Client Services team, serving as an advocate for our clients as well as our internal team to continually ensure top quality service and communication is being performed. This role is part of a collaborative effort to meet and exceed client satisfaction. Here at Allied Landscape we place a lot of value on a very positive workplace where people encourage and educate each other and lend a hand when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally represent Allied Landscape in all work activities
- Help manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, owning some projects and supporting others.
- Assist with managing client expectations and providing clients with excellent service and support
- Manage client requests, enter tasks and projects into Allied’s service system and provide support to the Landscape Account Manager
- Connect with the client and help translate what is needed to the rest of the team
- Track projects, details, and deadlines
- Follow up on outstanding work orders and make sure tasks are performed in a timely manner
- Discover and identify customer landscape growth needs
- Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities
- Manage customer issue resolution and seek additional opportunities to support the customer’s needs
- Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events as required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead, and teach in a productive team environment
- Ability to work through difficult situations under pressure
- Excellent time and project coordination skills
- Attention to detail and dedication to ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Strong, clear communication – both written and verbal (bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus)
- A valid California Driver's License with a record that is acceptable to the company’s insurance company.
- Must have computer experience including proficiency of Microsoft Office and Google Office programs.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Able to communicate effectively through various methods and express yourself clearly and concisely while appropriately tailoring the message to the audience
